Noelle Caserta had put on some weight while she was busy pursuing a law degree. By revamping her workout routine to include weight training, cleaning up her nutrition habits, and incorporating Hydroxycut® in her plan, Noelle lost a total of 35 pounds. Noelle actually signed up for our Hydroxycut® success story opportunity on-line and received an endorsement contract. We sat down with her for an informal Q&A session to find out how she lost the weight and what motivated her to stick to her plan.
What first brought you to hydroxycut.com?
“I gained a lot of weight, and I was looking for something that would help with weight loss. I was familiar with the diet products that were out there, so I went to different websites and ended up on the Hydroxycut® website.”
What led you to becoming out of shape?
“I started eating unhealthily and stopped exercising. Once the weight started coming on, I became lazier. I would say, 'I'll start my diet tomorrow,' and the next thing I knew, I was out of shape.”
How did you stay motivated to continue your transformation?
“Once the weight started coming off, it made me want more. In the first week, when I lost two pounds, I thought, 'This is doable. I can hit my goal.'”
How did you handle eating out at restaurants?
“I tried to avoid it just because I prefer to prepare and cook my own food. However, if I was in that situation, I would try to order as plain as possible. For example, I would order just chicken and vegetables and stay away from the heavy sauces and all of the elaborate foods.”
How did you handle dieting on the weekend when your days were likely less structured?
“I keep my routine where I'll still get up and eat breakfast, go to the gym, and if I have to go train again at night, make sure that I do. I keep it like it's an appointment; I just get up and go.”
“Definitely. I don't know if it's because I'm acting more confident, but people respond more to me.”
What would you say to people who say their busy lifestyles prevent them from exercising and eating right?
“I'd say that's not an excuse. You can choose to eat healthily and stay away from junk food. You can wake up a bit earlier to go to the gym, or you can go to the gym at night. There is always time to fit in exercise and healthy eating.”
What do you tell people who ask you how you lost weight?
“I tell them that it takes hard work, working out, doing cardio, eating healthily, and taking Hydroxycut®.”
