Jon Marshall
Hydroxycut® Success Story
Jon was determined to reach his goals by adding Hydroxycut® to his diet and exercise program.
With the many responsibilities in life we all have, finding the time to stay in shape can sometimes seem like a difficult task. Lifestyle habits can change and ultimately influence the way you look. Jon Marshall knows the toll that an inactive lifestyle can take on a physique all too well. During his first year of graduate school, finding the time to stay active and eat healthily was difficult. “I usually ate two or three huge meals a day, which were mostly carb-rich foods,” Jon says. But Jon made an important decision to get on track with proper nutrition and regular exercise, and after that, things changed.
“When I came back to school in September, I felt more confident and in control because I knew what to expect. I wanted to make fitness as big a priority in my schedule as studying,” he says. He knew that sticking to his plan should involve things he enjoyed doing so they wouldn't seem like such a task. “I love to run and bike,” Jon says, “so I made sure that I left time in my workout to do cardio, so I could burn as many calories as possible.”
Jon knew that, along with being active, he would have to eat properly. “The biggest change I made to my diet was eating five or six smaller, evenly spaced-out meals instead of the two or three huge meals I used to eat. I also made sure I ate meals that were high in protein, moderate in carbs, and low in fat,” explains Jon.
The final piece of the puzzle for Jon was the addition of Hydroxycut®. The specific combination of specially formulated ingredients in Hydroxycut® is one of the reasons this student decided it was important to have in his corner.
When asked what kind of advice he would give to those who want to get into their best shape ever, Jon replies, “Try to really dig down deep within yourself and try to be more active and eat healthier foods. Getting in shape takes self-control and commitment. Not only will you look good, but you'll also feel better about yourself.”
