Viewing Web sites that contain Flash
Hydroxycut.com uses Flash movies for viewing purposes. Hydroxycut.com supports versions 5 and 6 of Flash Player, a small plug-in created by Macromedia®for your Internet browser. The Flash Player file size is approximately 466K and is estimated to take just 1 minute to download with a 56K modem. Hydroxycut.com is best viewed at 1024 by 768 pixels.
How to Change Your Screen Resolution
To change your resolution under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP (Classic view):
1. From the Start menu, select Settings, and then click Control Panel (XP users need only to select Start, then Control Panel). The Control Panel window will appear.
2. Open the Display icon. The Display Properties window will appear.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Ensure the Desktop Area is set to 1024 by 768 pixels. Note: If it is available, press the Test button. If the screen appears blank, it will return to normal in 5 to 15 seconds. If the screen does not return to normal, you will need to contact your computer vendor or manufacturer for assistance in changing the resolution setting.
5. Click the OK button. Note: You may be prompted to restart your computer. Click the OK button to restart your computer.

1. From the Apple menu, select Control Panels. You will either have the option Monitors and Sound or Monitors.
2. If the option is Monitors and Sound:
a. Open the Monitor icon.
b. From the list of available resolutions, select the resolution you wish to use. Your screen resolution will change instantly.
c. Close the Monitors and Sound window.
3. If the option is Monitors:
a. Ensure that the Show pull-down menu option is set to Recommended.
b. From the list of available resolutions, select 1024 by 768 pixels. Your screen resolution will change instantly.
c. Close the Monitors window

Navigation Tips
a. Much like most applications, move your mouse over the subject heading tab (ex. Product Facts).
b. Click a subject heading tab to be brought to the corresponding page.
c. Within some sections, additional sub-menus are located on the left side of the page. These sub-menus within specific sections can be easily navigated by clicking on hyperlinked text or graphics.
Search Tips
Hydroxycut.com has a SEARCH function for your convenience. This search function allows you to find a particular document or item instantly. To use the Hydroxycut.com SEARCH tool, simply type the word into the search box located on the Hydroxycut.com navigation menu.
The Hydroxycut.com SEARCH engine uses Boolean technology. Therefore, you can type: a. "and" to retrieve all words associated. b. "or" to retrieve any word associated. c. "*" to truncate the word and receive multiple version of it (i.e. Research* = research, researcher, researching, researched).
Printing
To print an entire article of interest, you need to do the following:
a. Position the mouse pointer within the article.
b. Right click.
c. Choose print.
d. Click OK.
(Pages are best printed using landscape orientation under the Setup tab from the Properties option.)
